The brandy base of 84 originating in Italy is the perfect white grape with the perfect sourness and sugar level, which is the ideal raw material for a brandy that has many years of age.
The carefully selected grapes were fermented slowly with selected yeast and without the addition of sulfates to make the base wine for the aged brandy. The selected wine is transferred to the refinery boilers and under a careful process, the "Or De Vit" refinery with a concentration of 70% alcohol is selected.
