Gin Bombay Spear was first marketed in 1987 but is based on an ancient recipe from 1761 that was discovered in an old distillery. Bombay Spear uses almost twice as many botanical ingredients as other gin makers and gives them a special process of evaporation, making its flavors refined and smooth allowing it to be drunk in a variety of ways and being a luxury ingredient in many cocktails.
Bombay Spear gin is made from pure alcoholic distillate made from 100% barley that undergoes a unique process of evaporation with the botanical components (as opposed to soaking them) that creates a delicate, rich in flavors, smooth and balanced alcohol.
