Product Description

The Republic of Georgia has gone through difficult times, but in the field of wine and spirits it has maintained its honorable place, an age-old industry, a glorious tradition. Impressive evidence of this is the Sarajishvili distillery, which was founded as early as 1884 and still bears the name of its founder, David Sharazishvili, except during the communist regime, when it passed government ownership and was called the Tbilisi Brandy Factory.

The master-distiller of the distillery plans each stage of the production process according to a pre-recognized schedule. The final product includes brandy straight from the distillery, plus water, glucose, fructose and caramel, all according to local law. A complete refinement of the drink's flavors, including the glossy mahogany hue, wrapped in a special bottle, a beautiful and impressive decanter. Rounded, perfumed, floral brandy, with maple syrup and baked apple flavors. I buttered a little, and in the background a delicate oak. Connects excellently with a cigar.
