Cava from Mickel Marsh. Beyond lightness and good technicality, it is balanced and fresh, slightly elegant even and pleasant to the palate. Its color is very lawful and slightly greenish. In a very delicate floral nose with the fresh fruit aromas and sour green apple, plus pineapple hints and other sweet tropical fruits. The palate is dry and fresh, balanced and continues to the nose with a dry and pleasant sour acid finish too. This kawha will be very well suited to happy events and a light and carefree mood, and also induce little of this good mood.
