Full-body white wine, where the "woody" components do not overshadow the wine's characteristics. The blend of citrus and ramsie is used, along with the creamy and roasted flavors derived from partially fermented in the barrels, ensuring a pleasant palate and a lasting finish. Matching food: Excellent companion to serve creamed fish, chicken, seafood, veal or "white" richly textured dishes.

Product Description

The farm's history is planted in 1791 and the first bottled under the "Niederberg" bookbuck in 1937. Today, the farm produces 800,000 wine bottle boxes each year. The winery's main winemaker is Mr. Resban Makichi, who holds a degree in anthology and viticulture from the University of Iasi in Romania. Next to him are Andrea Freeborro in all matters for producing white wines and Elonda Lobser in all matters for producing red wines. The Niederberg wines have always enjoyed notable demand. Over the years, the winery has amassed over 200 awards and medals at the London International Competition, placing the winery at the top of South African wine producers. Even within South Africa, the winery's wines are recognized and testimony to this is more than 500 medals that have been awarded to the winery since the events of the South African National Wine Fair began in 1991.
