Wine production : The grapes arrive at the winery in the early morning. During the grape harvest, we completely separate the grape grain from the grapefruit without "crushing" or crushing the grape to allow the fermentation of some grapes in their entirety. The fermentation is relatively short and takes an average of one week to 10 days. This process contributes greatly to the fruity nature of the wine, the freshness and softness of the tannins which produces a velvety feel to the wine.
Formal tasting : Typical cherry, plum, and Mediterranean herb-flavored Merlot wine accompanied by oak aromas. It is a medium-bodied red wine with fresh berry aromas that together create a balanced red wine that blends perfectly with the warm climate of the area.
