Composition of varieties : Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz
Wine production method : Recanati's Jonathan Red is produced from a combination of two fine grape varieties, Cabernet Sauvignon that contributes to full-bodied wine and aromas of black fruit tones, and Shiraz which provides freshness and aromas of purple and fresh fruit. The wine preparation method emphasizes the softness of the tannins, the fruit aroma combined with the aromas of the oak. The balance of flavors and aromas is made possible by a relatively short six to 10 day fermentation at controlled temperature.
Formal Tasting : A full-bodied wine rich in balanced tartness and velvety texture. Line aromas of black plum shades, cherry and violets. And a balanced sourness that allows him to enjoy it while young.
