Chloe is a coffee liqueur, found in Mexico. It is produced from the Arabica coffee variety. The liqueur is used as a digestif with or without ice as well as in many cocktails and especially cream cocktails. Coffee beans are called "blue mountain beans" and originate in Jamaica.
