In the 'wild fermentation' of Segal Winery no yeast is added, and the fermentation takes place through the wild wild yeast. The wild yeast is found naturally in the vineyard, on the cluster and bark, a dark red-black color line. Smells of berries, red fruits, spices, vanilla, coffee and roasting. The Cabernet Sauvignon Wild Red is a full-bodied wine with fresh acidity. The wine has a fruity, spicy and long finish.
