The wine combines a rich taste with a long and delightful finish. Jordan Cabernet is fun to drink now, but will continue to improve over the years. We find that Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon ages well for ten to fifteen years. Thanks to its complex and rich character, Jordan Cabernet is especially suitable for foods with a lot of flavor. The Galilee is the northernmost growing area in Israel and is considered the best for growing wine grapes. Within this growing area, the Golan Heights is the part where the temperatures are the coolest and the grapes are of the highest quality. The vineyards on this volcanic plateau grow from 400 meters to 1,200 meters above sea level and the higher ones meet snow in winter.
