Yaron is a dry red wine in a shade consisting of 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, 9% Petit Verdot and 7% Syrah grapes. Its production process included two to three weeks of fermentation (on husks) at a temperature of 30 degrees, complete fermentation and aging in French oak barrels for 16 months. Hiron wine is recommended for storage in a cool, dark place, which contributes to its aging and allows it to be drunk for up to 7 years from the date of harvest. Recommended serving temperature: 18 degrees.
