From a screen of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Syrah, 20% Cabernet Franc and 20% Merlot. The grapes originate in selected vineyards in the Kerem Ben Zimra area, where each variety is aged separately for 14 months in French oak barrels. The final blending took place after the wines reached their full flavor. The Cabernet Sauvignon gives power, stability and a bit of freshness. The shade is crimson, purple, deep, contributing to the Petit Syrah, the Cabernet Franc adds earthiness and ripeness, merlot the softness and depth. A full-bodied wine, concentrated and spiced with ripe plum flavors, berries, roasted coffee, tobacco and light greenery in the background. The suffix is long and impressive. Suitable for a hearty meal of meat or winter stews. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 18-20 degrees. The wine is not filtered.
