Yatir Wine Amasa 2011 is the base wine of Yatir Winery, which has taken its place in the best restaurants in the country, and year after year presents stability and consistency of the highest quality like the rest of the winery's wines.
Yatir Har Amsha 2011 consists of 37% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 25% Shiraz, 5% Petit Verdot and 3% Malbec, from several plots in Yatir Yaer vineyards at an altitude of 650 to 900 meters above sea level. The composition of the varieties in the wine varies from year to year.
The wines from the different vineyards were aged separately in oak barrels for a year before creating the final blend. The wine was bottled in March 2013 and left in the winery for another year and a half to mature in the bottle. Suitable for further aging for a period of five years or more.
