Tepperberg essence is a dry red Cabernet Sauvignon wine produced from grapes harvested from two selected vineyards in the Upper Galilee (Emek Kadesh) and in the southern Ephraim Mountains characterized by completely different soil and altitude conditions, but in similar climatic conditions that contribute to high quality Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and high concentrations of flavors and aromas.
Tepperberg's Essence series is a series of fine wines, characterized by a unique growing environment that well expresses the adaptation of the variety to the soil and climate in the growing area. Cabernet Sauvignon Essence is the product of 2 selected vineyards, each of which contributed to its powerful character and created a complete and harmonious wine, which was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. The wine has a rich and heavy texture, prominent notes of sweet and ripe berries and hints of roasted oak, coffee and earth.
