Lauders' finest blend was first created in 1834 by Archibald Lauders, an alcohol addict network owner who decided to create a whiskey bearing his signature after alcohol production became legal across the UK in 1815. The whiskey was initially successful in Scotland and then outside of it and the Lauders brand became the leader among Scotch whiskey makers.
The 12-year-old Scotch has a deep and complex profile and a fruity, full and rich flavor. A mixture of chocolate notes, toffee, apples, dried fruits and various spices and even the presence of the barrel in which the aging is done, which contributes notes of sweet vanilla tobacco.
