A dolmen (stone table) is an exiled structure (a stone structure made of large stones) from the late prehistoric periods. Many dolmens are located near and inside Kibbutz Shamir, the winery's residence. Dolman 2019 is a dry rosé wine produced from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes from a selected area in the Ben Zimra vineyard. The wine is not filtered.
An aromatic and fresh wine characterized by aromas of red grapefruit and citrus blossoms. It has a fruity taste reminiscent of peach, delicate and tempting. It has a refreshing, dry finish. Perfect with seafood, pastas and soft cheeses. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 8-10 degrees.
