Balvini 14-year whiskey "Caribbean Cask" was aged in traditional oak barrels for 14 years and then moved to a second aging in rum barrels from the Caribbean. To give the whiskey the perfect finish, malt master David Stewart filled American wooden casks with a select blend of West Indian rum. After some aging, Stewart replaced the rum with Balvini 14 whiskey to give it the perfect finish.
