White wine produced from 100 percent Chardonnay grapes, from vines whose average age is 35 years. A particularly rich white wine, comes from the northern Chablis region of Bourgogne in France. A wine of wonderful freshness, of wonderful balance, with a light greenish hue, bursting aromas of citrus fruits, and flavors of green apple.
The deepness of the wine and its light yellow color with greenish accents hint at its mineral character and refinement. Aromas typical of Chablis - white flowers, flints - and a taste that is an elegant combination of hints of yeast and wonderful cheerfulness.
The grapes, which are grown using the traditional growing methods of Chablis, are transported immediately after the harvest to the winery located in the heart of the town of Chablis. They are squeezed very gently, undergo temperature-controlled fermentation and then age in stainless steel tanks for 6-8 months together with the fermentation sediments that give the wine a rounded taste.
Suitable for drinking with the classic dishes. It can be drunk as an aperitif with salmon on toast.
